“Cœur Battant”, or “beating heart” in English, is what the latest perfume from Louis Vuitton is called and was the reason behind my trip to Grasse this week. I’ve been to this beautiful place in the past, where they create the Louis Vuitton fragrances, but I never ever mind coming back as it’s one of my favourite places. It’s just so calming, so beautiful and the people are the loveliest. This time, they had organised the picnics of all picnics in the beautiful garden and it was simply magical. We spent the day learning about the new perfume as well as getting a private tour by the perfume master himself: Mr. Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud.
