Saint-Honoré

A couple of days ago I was lucky enough to have this pretty thing delivered to my door – the incredible Saint-Honoré cake by Cédric Grolet and his pastry team at Le Meurice. This little (I mean huuuuge) surprise called for a spontaneous dinner chez moi (but let's just say that I had cake for breakfast and lunch the next day as well). Chef Grolet's creations are out of this world and I can't recommend stopping by the beautiful Le Meurice to try them for yourself enough. The fact that I'm leaving for a beach vacation very soon, and am supposed to fit into a bikini, is something I'm trying to forget about right now...
