If Not Now

I understand that it can seem a bit crazy to take a leap into the unknown, “move” to another place and leave your family and friends behind – and even more so during a world pandemic. But if not now, when. If you never try, you will never know anything more. There’s no such thing as a failed experiment. I have more quotes, clichés and sayings written down on my list if you’d like to hear? Probably more to remind myself of why I decided to go for it on a daily basis, or whenever I feel as though my mind begins to question it, than for anything else.

But I’ve had this dream for as long as I can remember… And finally, I felt like it was the time to get an answer to that question that has been brewing in the back of my head for so long; “is Rome the place for me?”.

Who knows what will happen… I certainly don’t. But I would never forgive myself if I didn’t give it a chance. So let’s see.
