Like in a Movie

I am SO excited to finally share one of my favourite projects yet that I've had the pleasure to work on with you all. For those of you who follow me on Instagram, you might remember my story from this day when we were shooting these images all around Paris. The project is called "Like in a Movie" and is created for Jaeger-LeCoultre (which just happens to be one of my favourite watch brands ever. Period). I love when you get such a great brief and you have the opportunity to just run with it, be creative and play around until you're happy with the result. The concept was to be inspired by a movie and from there create the images I wanted to create. I don't know if you guys have seen the movie "An Education" (this scene, set in Paris, more specifically) but this is the movie that got to serve as inspiration for this shoot. I can't wait to hear what you guys think!

And yes, we also had so much fun that we actually decided to make our own little clip, which you can see right here below:

I laughed so much that I cried this day. I love getting to be creative and work together with people who make you happy and who thinks working on these kind of project is just as much fun as you do! I think I also got especially emotional for this project because ever since I arrived to Paris for the very first time, I've wandered the city, looking for movie set locations to photograph and to visit just for myself since I absolutely adore to do this. In another life I dream about being the location scout for movies so perhaps this is why I get so excited for these kind of projects? As you can see if you look back through my archives (please excuse the horrible photos) you can see that I've visited sites of Sex and the City, The Da Vinci Code, Ratatouille and many more movies and series. I'm so happy to share these images with you and I hope you'll love them as much as we had fun creating them.
